Mystery shopping companies are worldwide, but you’ll find that some have more jobs for you than others do. That’s why it’s worthwhile selecting half a dozen or so that you feel will give you a good selection of jobs. Whether you like a mystery shopping company or not will be a personal matter, depending on how you find out about the jobs (do they email you, or do you have to log on), whether you can pick the jobs yourself (self-assign) or have to be picked, the rate of pay, how many jobs are in your area, the type of mystery shopping jobs they have.
There is, therefore, no individual company that will be “the best mystery shopping company” for everybody. Join them, if you don’t think you like their website, or they don’t seem to have jobs in your area, join another one. It’s worthwhile getting a separate email address just for mystery shopping jobs if you’re going to sign up for a lot, until you know how many emails they’ll be sending you. 
Don’t pay to join a mystery shopping company or mystery shopping panel – there’s no need to. Mystery shopping companies should be free for you to join. You might like to also try to not be persuaded by a few who will try to entice you to upgrade to their premium version. The reputable companies will never charge and won’t have ‘favourites’ or ‘premium members’.
