Mystery shopping companies can be found across the world, offering part-time, flexible income for people who want to be paid to shop, paid to eat – and paid to do a lot of other fun activities. The sole purpose of mystery shoppers is for the business owners to get detailed, considered, accurate and reliable feedback about their business and the goods/services provided to customers.
When the boss isn’t in, are the staff goofing about? Is the sales area kept clean, tidy and safe? Are there unauthorised posters on the walls where corporate advertising should be?
